CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

As a corporate communication professional, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that have allowed me to use my skills in advisory, management, and strategy development. One of my key roles has been as an advisor for our corporate website, where I have been responsible for both the design and content of the site. This has included working closely with our web development team to ensure that the site is not only visually appealing, but also user-friendly and informative.

In addition to website management, I have also been responsible for managing our company's social media presence across various platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. This has included creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement and analytics, and ensuring that our brand's voice is consistent and in line with our overall marketing strategy.

Another aspect of my role has been managing our B2B accounts, which has involved overseeing press management and client relationships. I have worked closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and that their experience with our brand is positive. I have also been responsible for managing press releases and media inquiries, as well as maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets.

As part of our brand management strategy, I have been instrumental in creating logos for our various property products, including KAI Terrace, KAI Space, KAI Lifestyle, and KAI Heritage. This has involved working closely with our design team to create visually compelling logos that accurately represent each of these brands.

In addition to my branding and management responsibilities, I have also been responsible for our company's CRM efforts. This has included creating e-congratulatory cards and videos for high profile clients, as well as managing our client database and ensuring that our communications with clients are personalized and effective.

Finally, I have also been involved in developing our CSR strategy as a part of managing our corporate image. This has involved identifying opportunities for community outreach and engagement, as well as developing partnerships with organizations that align with our values and mission as a company.

Overall, my experience as a corporate communication professional has been incredibly rewarding, and I look forward to continuing to use my skills and expertise to help our company succeed and thrive.

In my role as a corporate communication specialist, I had the privilege of overseeing the social media strategy for KAI Properti. This experience was instrumental in honing my skills and knowledge in digital marketing, which I further developed through the RevoU Fullstack Digital Marketing program.

At KAI Properti, I meticulously planned and executed our social media strategy to ensure it resonated with the company's core values of quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. I attached a sample social media strategy document that showcases my ability to strategize, create engaging content, and manage online platforms effectively.

Through this hands-on experience and the education I received at RevoU, I gained a profound understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, SEM, analytics, and content creation. This comprehensive skill set allows me to drive results and enhance brand reputation effectively, making me a valuable asset in the dynamic field of digital marketing.

In this video project, I aimed to showcase the history and evolution of KAI Properti by highlighting every CEO who has led the company since its inception. To do this, I worked on the entire production process from start to finish, including scripting, shooting, briefing, leading the editing process, and advocating for the project's value.

The main goal of the video was to shed light on the struggles, achievements, and persistence of the leaders who have guided KAI Properti to become the successful company it is today. By showcasing their contributions and leadership styles, I wanted to give viewers a better understanding of how the company has grown over time.

Through my involvement in every aspect of the project, I was able to ensure that the final product accurately reflected my vision and delivered on its goals. I am proud to have created a video that not only celebrates the history of KAI Properti but also provides valuable insights into the company's growth and success.

ANNUAL REPORT

In 2022, I assumed the role of project lead for our company's annual report, a role that encompassed a wide array of responsibilities aimed at ensuring its success. This involved engaging directly with teams from across the organization to provide guidance and expertise on various aspects of the report, including content creation, media selection, and design considerations. As part of my duties, I oversaw the development of compelling and informative written content, ensuring that it accurately reflected the company's achievements and goals for the reporting period. Additionally, I worked closely with our media team to select and curate engaging visuals and multimedia elements that complemented the written content and enhanced the overall impact of the report.

Moreover, I played a pivotal role in the design process, collaborating with our design team to create visually appealing layouts and graphics that captured the attention of our audience and conveyed key messages effectively. Beyond content and design, I also led validation discussions with key stakeholders from different departments to ensure that the report accurately represented our company's activities and initiatives throughout the year.

As a key contributor to the successful launch of KAI Properti's property product brands – KAI Terrace, KAI Living, KAI Lifestyle, and KAI Residence – I played a multifaceted role in shaping this groundbreaking venture. My responsibilities encompassed creating clear and visionary goals, meticulously defining our Value Propositions (VPs) and Unique Selling Propositions (USPs), and establishing distinct differentiators for each product within well-defined boundaries. I also set comprehensive design guidelines for each product, fostering a consistent and appealing brand identity.

In my role, I actively directed creative ideation sessions, fostering innovation and excellence throughout the project. My dedication to detail extended to revising and reporting directly to property directors, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. I crafted strategic long-term and short-term plans, facilitating the project's smooth progression.

Furthermore, I conceptualized and designed the logo for our corporate brand, "Essence of Excellence," encapsulating our commitment to quality, performance, and standards. The culmination of these efforts resulted in a successful launch of these property product brands during our 14th anniversary, providing a clear definition of each product's unique attributes and value proposition to our audience.

Edu-Fun Day: Aquarium Edition

As Corporate Communication in KAI Properti, I also privilege to orchestrating CSR Initiatives from Edu-Fun Day where I took 30 orphans and less-fortunate kids to an educational trip in Jakarta Aquarium & Safari, "KAI Properti Edu-Fun Day: A Journey under the Water" to the series of impactful CSR events, I successfully culminated those to the 14th Anniversary of KAI Properti

Building upon years of successful CSR endeavors, these programs were meticulously designed to align with specific United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while also commemorate Corporate's Achievements and give back to the society, weaving a tapestry of positive change. Our "Give Blood Save Life" campaign directly addressed SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being by promoting regular blood donation,  collaborating with healthcare institutions to save lives. "KAI Properti Berbagi" epitomized  SDG 1: No Poverty by extending a helping hand to orphanages and underprivileged individuals, providing much-needed support and resources. "Sharing Knowledge wtih Bank Mandiri" contributed to SDG 4: Quality Education by imparting valuable insights and learning opportunities. The Grandest "KAI Properti UMKM Bazaar" festival embodied SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, supporting local businesses and fostering economic development distributing 1.500 free F&B vouchers to our Stakeholders and Public. Lastly, "Spiritual Motivation with Wellknowned Ustadz Habib Al Jafar" echoed the essence of SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities by offering spiritual guidance and motivation to uplift individuals. This series of events showcased our continued commitment to making a meaningful impact in alignment with the United Nations' SDGs, ultimately contributing to a better world for all while also increasing Corporate Brand's in Public eyes.
