As a committed Corporate Communication Specialist, I am privileged to have made numerous contributions to the Corporate Secretary division under the direct guidance of the Board of Directors, as well as to KAI Properti's achievements. The scope of my responsibilities encompassed the smooth coordination of operations across the whole organization. My ability to meticulously pay attention to detail and excellent aptitude for organization enabled me to execute our communication objectives with precision.
This involved an extensive spectrum of functions, among which were generating press releases in order to handle media relations, preserving and curating content on Corporate social media accounts, directing web design processes from inception to completion while maintaining its operations, producing designs for corporate events, and composing strategies for internal and external communication. This comprehensive approach made sure that every effort of the organization—from blue-printing, problem-solving, to overseeing daily operations—was in line with its primary objectives.
Subsequently, I take great pride in my role in supporting the Property Division's growth and professional development. Developing comprehensive strategies for Corporate Branding and guiding them from ideas to concrete steps was an essential aspect of what I did. This necessitated developing a distinctive slogan, an integrated visual identity, and core values that captured the essence of the corporation. Developing the slogan "Essence of Excellence," which not only encapsulated the spirit of KAI Properti but also served as a compass for our activities, was one of my noteworthy achievements. I led the process of putting this phrase into practice, making sure it permeated every aspect of the company.
Along with that, I was in charge of developing blue prints of various products offered by KAI Properti, such as KAI Terrace, KAI Living, KAI Lifestyle, and KAI Residential. I was passionately involved in establishing the distinct identity and market positioning of each product from conception to implementation. This required developing a story that connected with our target audience in addition to producing unique visual representations.
When it came to marketing the brands, I was in the forefront of designing elaborate strategies encompassing both the company in its entirety as well as particular products. These blueprints described communication channels, audience targeting, and market positioning from a strategic perspective. In addition to overseeing media relations, I was also responsible for resolving delicate problems brought up by journalists and making sure press releases were sent out effectively. Through the implementation of suitable media platforms, corporate initiatives, and publications, I fostered a positive public image that helped KAI Properti create and uphold a positive reputation. Overseeing the strategy and content presentation across several platforms, I assumed responsibility for social media administration. This required planning the visual presentation to effectively communicate KAI Properti's intended corporate image in addition to producing interesting content.
Furthermore, my account management skills extended to not only knowledgable to the whole business and its process but also manifesting them in visuals and scripts that flowed naturally from the overall corporate identity. As a Corporate Communication Specialist at KAI Properti, I excelled in overseeing the whole spectrum of internal and external communication responsibilities. That entails making sure that the company's branding and messaging were portrayed favorably and harmoniously across a variety of platforms both inside and outside the company.
To preserve a solid corporate culture and raise employee engagement, I put effective Internal Communication techniques into action in. This required working with internal stakeholders to create and carry out communication plans in order to successfully convey the company's values, vision, and mission. I was key person in charge in strategizing Culture Action Plans, to implementing them into internal engagement strategy like, involving employees to the Corporate event committee, to the events such as Millenials Talk to BoD, Team Bonding Games, etc. Furthermore, I additionally drafted director's scripts for internal communications along with making sure they were aligned with the overall communication plan.
Managing media relations, writing compelling news releases, and responding to journalist inquiries were all part of my duties on the External Communication. In order to promote KAI Properti's services and brand, I skillfully navigated the complexity of media management by proactively addressing delicate situations and initiating positive narratives. I carefully considered every step of the process while selecting material for print, digital, and social media channels, making sure the messaging always reflected the organization's intended corporate image.
My role also included web design, where I designed and managed the business website to keep it up to date with the most current branding and communication tactics. This all-encompassing strategy for both internal and external communication served as a cornerstone for maintaining KAI Properti's favorable public perception, both inside the company and in the larger community.

One of my main responsibilities as a Corporate Communication Specialist was starting from scratch and building a strong CSR function for KAI Properti. I developed a complete CSR program that was precisely in accordance with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals that the UN had specified while crafting a PR strategy. The programs covered a wide range of topics, including gender equality, inexpensive renewable energy, excellent health and well-being, ending poverty, and high-quality education.
In addition to conceptualizing, I was in charge of organizing, producing, and assessing CSR reports for the business's activities. This involved complex duties like setting goals, managing deadlines, and creating budgets. The initiatives I put in place included blood donation (SDG 3, 10, and 17), KAI Properti Berbagi (sharing foodstuffs) (SDG 1, 2, 3, 10, and 12), Financial Sharing Knowledge (SDG 4, 8, 10, and 17), orphan donation (SDG 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 12 and 17), spiritual inspiration (SDG 3, 4, and 14), and SMEs Bazaar Festival which was free for the underprivileged (SDG 1, 2, 3, 8, 10, 16, and 17). By making these efforts, I made sure that our CSR initiatives had a significant impact and smoothly complemented the overarching organizational objectives.
During my time there, one noteworthy accomplishment was raising the participation of employees in CSR programs. In 2022, I was able to successfully improve the employees' motivation to constructively contribute to society by 12%, and 2023 by 18% through instilling a sense of inclusion and motivation, while implementing most of the whole 17 Sustainable Development Goals. This achievement is a testament to my commitment to developing CSR initiatives that align with the goals of the company, making impact on the sustainability development of society and the values of our employees.
CORPORATE EVENTS
I have demonstrated to have a sharp eye for creating, organizing, and carrying out successful corporate events. I have extensive experience in all aspects of event management, from coming up with creative ideas to creating all kinds of materials, such as backgrounds, e-invitations, films, and posters. As the event coordinator, I effectively collaborated with my group to guarantee a smooth and organized execution.
The biannually Rapat Kerja (Conference) in Track & Bridge Unit, which has various themes every year from 2013 until 2021, constitutes one of my successful ventures. Conferences in 2022 and 2023, with the themes "Recover Stronger", "Safety for One, Safety for All", "Growing through Quality, Integrity and Reliability," and “Strengthening Business Strategy to Achieve Sustainable Growth” respectively, are noteworthy instances.
Additionally, under the motto "Work Together, Grow Together," I organized KAI Properti's 13th anniversary. Building on this accomplishment, I was able to organize and carry out the 14th Anniversary with the theme "The Fabulous Voyage," showcasing my ongoing capacity to produce unforgettable events that drew in thousands of staff members and customers.
I was also in charge of planning the KAI Expo, which was an amazing display of KAI Properti's products. I am proud to have been a Captain at Nebengers, a non-profit ride-sharing organization that was created to address traffic congestion, gas emissions, and global warming. The organization was founded with the goal of promoting hitchhiking to help the government and people in general to resolve these issues by providing safe, community-based solutions.
As a Captain, I managed a group of people to keep the movement going, which was based on a mobile application available on both app store and google play store. The movement aimed to reduce the number of vehicles on the road by encouraging users to post #BeriTebengan with the details of their route, time, and the seats they were willing to provide, or #CariTebengan with their preferred route and time.
My role was to organize events, discuss problems, and help maintain the community and safety for each member who joined the movement. I was responsible for building relationships between members to create a sense of community that went beyond just helping each other get to their destination.
Through my role as a Captain, I was able to make a positive impact by not only helping to reduce traffic congestion and gas emissions but also by creating a platform for people to build new friendships and connections.

Backpacker Indonesia Regional Bandung was a community that I founded on June 9th, 2012 with a group of friends to provide a safe and welcoming environment for travelers, especially backpackers. Our goal was to create a platform where individuals could share their travel experiences, join trips, and build a community with like-minded individuals in regional Bandung, throughout Indonesia, and even internationally.
We began our journey when the backpacker-style of traveling was gaining popularity around 2013-2015. We noticed that backpackers faced many difficulties and uncertainties while traveling alone, such as finding a place to stay or getting lost in an unfamiliar place. So, we decided to provide a safe channel for backpackers to travel together and build a community along the way.
Our community grew exponentially in a short period, and we soon realized that we could expand our reach beyond regional Bandung. We reached out to other communities throughout Indonesia and even some international countries to create an interconnected network of backpackers. This way, members of our community could travel with more new friends and have a more authentic local experience in the cities they visited.
As the founder of Backpacker Indonesia Regional Bandung, I took on the role of Vice President to lead the community's development and expansion. I organized events, coordinated with other communities, and provided support to new members to ensure that they had a memorable and safe travel experience. I also worked to maintain the community's culture of inclusivity and diversity, making sure that every member felt welcomed and respected.
After several years of serving as Vice President, I decided to pass on the torch to my successor so I could focus on my studies and other organizational activities. I am proud to have been a part of such a vibrant and supportive community that has helped countless backpackers explore the world safely and meaningfully.
