THE FABULOUS VOYAGE:14TH KAI PROPERTI

During my integral involvement in the "The Fabulous Voyage: 14th KAI Properti - Spectrum of Growth" project anniversary, held on September 12th, 2023, at Walking Drums Ancol, I assumed a multifaceted role that encompassed various key responsibilities. As one of central figures in the project, I undertook the roles of video project leader, creative ideation enthusiast, and the mastermind behind the event's resonating tagline, "Essence of Excellence." Additionally, I played an active role in ideation and exploration of Properti Products, including KAI Terrace, KAI Living, KAI Lifestyle, and KAI Residence, all vital components of our comprehensive property portfolio.

In my capacity as the Head Project Manager in series of CSR Activities, I spearheaded a series of impactful initiatives in the lead-up to this grand celebration. These initiatives encompassed organizing blood donation drives to contribute to SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, sharing groceries with the less fortunate, reflecting SDG 1: No Poverty, extending support to orphanages, thereby aligning with SDG 4: Quality Education, collaborating with Bank Mandiri for knowledge-sharing sessions to foster learning and growth, contributing on SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, on Festival Bazaar UMKM and orchestrating a spiritually motivating event featuring a renowned Ustadz, thereby addressing the essence of SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.

On the day of the celebration itself, I seamlessly transitioned into the pivotal role of Event Runner, overseeing the event's smooth execution. My unwavering commitment to meticulous preparation, coupled with a relentless focus on stakeholder satisfaction, played an instrumental role in ensuring the event's resounding success. This dedication left a lasting impression on directors, employees, and stakeholders alike, instilling a sense of fulfillment and happiness, thereby marking this project as a remarkable achievement in my professional journey.

RAPAT KERJA 2023

I am proud to have led the coordination both of the Rapat Kerja 2023 Semester I and II events. The events were held at the Grand Aston Puncak Hotel & Resort on March 13-14, 2023 and Alana Sentul on August 14-15, 2023, both were resounding successes.

As the event organizer, I took charge of coordinating with the venue and ensuring that all the necessary arrangements were in place. I also supervised the overall program, working closely with my team to ensure that everything ran smoothly and according to schedule.

In addition, I had the privilege of representing our organization and meeting with high-profile guests during the event. This gave me the opportunity to build valuable connections and reinforce our organization's reputation as a reliable and trustworthy partner.

As part of my role, I also created several presentation decks, including one on digital transformation. Through careful planning and execution, the event was well-received by all attendees and stakeholders.

Overall, my experience in event organizing and program management was instrumental in making the Rapat Kerja 2023 a success. I am confident that my skills and expertise can be leveraged to help any organization plan and execute successful events that achieve their objectives.

THE GREAT 13TH KAI PROPERTI

CORPORATE ANNIVERSARY

As the program supervisor and ideas collaborator for the 13th KAI Properti Anniversary, I was responsible for ensuring that the event was executed smoothly and met the expectations of our 500+ guests. Our theme for the night was the Great Gatsby, which added a touch of elegance and sophistication to the evening's festivities.

From the planning stages to the actual event, my team and I worked tirelessly to create an unforgettable experience for everyone in attendance. I collaborated with the event organizers to develop engaging programs, interactive activities, and immersive decor that transported our guests back to the roaring 20s.

As the program supervisor, I was in charge of ensuring that the timeline was adhered to and that all the performers and speakers were ready to go on stage. I worked closely with the technical team to ensure that the lighting, sound, and visuals were all top-notch.

In addition to my program supervisor duties, I also played a key role in generating ideas for the event. From brainstorming sessions to creative meetings, I helped to shape the overall direction and vision of the anniversary celebration. My contributions included ideas for the photo booths, dance performances, and interactive games.

Thanks to the hard work of my team and the support of our internal and external partners, the 13th KAI Properti Anniversary was a huge success. The event was widely praised by attendees and was even dubbed the "event of the year." I am proud to have been a part of such a memorable and well-executed celebration.

KAI PROPERTI "RECOVER STRONGER"

KAI Properti Recover Stronger was an event that aimed to showcase KAI Properti's commitment to recover and grow stronger despite the challenges faced by the property industry due to the pandemic. The event was held in Bandar Lampung in June 2022 and was attended by a diverse group of stakeholders, including internal team members, external partners, and clients.

As the program supervisor for the event, my role was crucial in ensuring that everything ran smoothly and according to plan. I worked closely with the venue, vendors, and speakers to ensure that the event was executed flawlessly. I was also responsible for creating and managing the event timeline to ensure that all the planned activities were carried out in a timely and organized manner.

In addition, I collaborated with the creative team to design and create engaging visuals, videos, and presentations for the event. One of the highlights of the event was the keynote speech delivered by KAI Properti's CEO, who emphasized the importance of resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges. The event also featured panel discussions, training sessions, and interactive activities, which created opportunities for the attendees to connect, share ideas, and gain new insights.

One of my major contributions to the event was the creation of a promotional video that captured the essence of the event and showcased our commitment to bouncing back from the challenges of the past year. From scripting to footage taking, and editing, I handled all aspects of the video production process on my own. It was a labor of love, and I poured my heart and soul into it. The video was a huge success, generating a buzz on social media and attracting a large number of attendees. 

Overall, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the entire team, the event was a resounding success, receiving high praise and positive feedback from attendees. It was a testament to KAI Properti's commitment to recover and grow stronger, and I was honored to have played a part in making it happen.

ORGANIZATIONAL EVENTS

BACKPACKER INDONESIA REGIONAL BANDUNG

Get Lost in Bandung was more than just an event, it was a true adventure that brought people together in a fun and exciting way. Inspired by the popular reality TV show "The Amazing Race," our local budgeted spin-off had a unique twist that made it purely for fun. And boy, did people have fun!

As one of the key idea creators, I helped bring the event to life with just a small team of dedicated individuals. The engagement we received during the promotions was beyond our expectations. We initially targeted dozens of participants, but the response we received was overwhelming - we reached hundreds!

The concept was simple - we collected a small entrance fee from each participant, then grouped them into teams of three. Each team was given just enough money to reach their destinations without telling them exactly where those destinations were. Instead, we provided clues along the way, and the teams had to earn more clues by playing games at each post. They weren't allowed to use private transportation or their own money - they had to be smart, witty, and resourceful in order to reach the finish line.

As Vice President of the event and Event Head, I made sure that everything ran smoothly and safely. And it did - the event was a huge success! We received such positive feedback that we had to create a sequel - Get Lost in Bandung 2!

It was an incredible experience to see people come together in this way, and I'm proud to have played a part in making it happen. Get Lost in Bandung showed that sometimes the best adventures are the ones you create yourself.

TEMU PEJALAN BANDUNG

Temu Pejalan Bandung was more than just a gathering project, it was a celebration of travel and adventure that brought together hundreds of enthusiasts from diverse communities in the Bandung region. The event was held in collaboration with the renowned traveling gear brand EIGER and featured several well-known travel figures as keynote speakers.

As a passionate traveler myself, I was thrilled to be a part of the team that organized the event. My role as a project coordinator involved collaborating with EIGER and various communities across Bandung to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all attendees. I worked closely with the keynote speakers to curate their talks and workshops, making sure that they were informative and inspiring.

The event was a huge success, with a packed venue filled with fun, engaging activities that catered to all types of travelers. Attendees were able to network with like-minded individuals, participate in various workshops, and learn from experienced travel figures. The turnout exceeded our expectations, with hundreds of travel enthusiasts from different communities joining us for the event.

As one of the key organizers, I was proud of what we had achieved with Temu Pejalan Bandung. It was a testament to the power of collaboration and community, as we were able to bring together different groups and individuals who shared a common passion for travel and adventure. I learned so much from this experience, from the importance of effective communication and planning to the value of creating engaging and memorable experiences for attendees.

Overall, Temu Pejalan Bandung was a huge success, hailed as the "Event of The Year" by community runners and travel enthusiasts alike. It was an honor to see my vision come to fruition and to facilitate such a meaningful gathering of like-minded individuals and a memorable experience for everyone involved. It was a testament to the power of collaboration and community, and I was honored to be a part of it.

FOUND THE WAY

In July 2013, the Backpacker Indonesia Regional Bandung launched an exciting event that spanned over two weeks and took the group of adventurous friends from Bandung to Lombok. The idea behind the concept was to promote low-cost and exploratory traveling. As one of the initiators of this trip, I played a crucial role in planning the itineraries, coordinating the logistics, and reaching out to the regions that we passed through.

To ensure that we cover all aspects of the trip, I came up with the concept of dividing the traveling into three stages: urban, highlands, and coasts. I developed detailed itineraries that would take us through each stage and experience the best of each region. The event was a massive success and attracted dozens of members from the Backpacker Bandung community, as well as individuals from different places we passed by.

As Co-Founder and Vice President of the community in Bandung, I leveraged my relationships with other regional members to make the event a reality. Thanks to our collaboration with locals who provided us with accommodations for the night, we were able to keep our costs low and enjoy a more immersive travel experience. Additionally, other regional members lent us their cars and motorcycles, helping us save on transportation costs. The event truly embodied the spirit of adventurous, low-cost travel and was a testament to the power of community collaboration.
